Ayushman Gautam is a spiritual instructor and Co-Founder of Migrated Monks, a journey dedicated to conscious living, self-discovery, and connection with nature.

His path began beyond the limits of a busy city life, where despite success and achievements, he felt a deep disconnection from peace and true happiness. This led him to explore silence, meditation, and spiritual practices through travel, eventually immersing himself in traditional teachings and a simple, mindful lifestyle.

Today, Ayushman shares these learnings through a grounded and practical approach making ancient practices simple, accessible, and deeply experiential for modern life.
